Can you really paint anything?
Yes.
Anything?
Yes.
What’s the difference between a mural, portrait, and installation?
Murals are painted directly on your wall. Like this:
or this:
or this:
Portraits of people, animals, or scenic paintings are (typically) painted on canvas, and you can hang them where you like.
Example:
These two are on canvas:
These are painted on book bindings:
And this is painted on wine boxes:
(I’m versatile.)
Installations are movable murals.
I create them in my studio and you can hang where you like. One restauranteur requested an installation so he could move it between locations.
Here’s the installation in my studio:
Then later in the restaurant:
Here’s another example of an installation:
Pricing?
My quotes are based on an hourly rate, and I work FAST. Prices include all labour & materials and there will be no surprises. I can quote portrait prices over the phone (especially if you send me an image), but not for murals as I need to see your wall. I can, however, provide a rough estimate.
If I can get it done in one day, I have a daily rate.
If it takes longer than I thought, that’s my problem.
I really want artwork. But I don’t know what I want. I saw this picture online and it inspired me but I still don’t know. Help.
Ideas are my specialty. If you’ve seen a picture online or on Pinterest or whatever, email or text it to 512.557.7704. We can discuss several options then tailor it to your vision. You’ll feel good about your decision in the end. Promise.
Is it cheaper to get a smaller painting?
No. Big stuff takes as much time as the small stuff.
Do you travel?
Yes. Everywhere.
Can you ship me a painting?
Yes.
Are you licensed?
Yes.
Insured?
Yes.
Any fine print?
I require 50% of the agreed price to start working. The rest is due upon completion.
I guarantee my work and your satisfaction.
Thank you for taking time to read this. I look forward to hearing from you!
